Help us bring this beauty home!

Isn't it beautiful? This carder is part of a collection of equipment we've sourced in the southwest of Scotland. The collection includes a working Picker (it opens the fleece and helps clean it), that we can put to work right away, some useful bits and bobs...and this lovely old Carder, which will need some love to bring back to life. You can help us purchase this collection, get it to the Highlands and put it all back to work. We've set up a crowdfunder, with a target of £7000, which will purchase and transport the collection, and start us on our way to restoring the carder. It's a great price, as the Picker alone would cost more than that new.

And - awesome news! - this morning (19-08-2023), we broke through the £1000 mark in donations after less than two days online, and this evening we're close to reaching over £3500 in donations and loans!
